Is God a She or a He?<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What a silly question, the one just asked<\/p>\n

As if it makes more sense<\/p>\n

to see God with flowing skirt<\/p>\n

instead of flowing beard<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To change our prayers<\/p>\n

from Him and His to<\/p>\n

Her and Hers<\/p>\n

an empty, kitchiness<\/p>\n

that moults 100 generations<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For these words are simply vessels<\/p>\n

to help our spirits<\/p>\n

touch with God’s<\/p>\n

and if the vessel is empty<\/p>\n

it doesn’t matter what the shape or color<\/p>\n

since there’s still no wine<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“If I came to pray”<\/p>\n

he said<\/p>\n

“Then She instead of He<\/p>\n

wouldn’t shock me<\/p>\n

at all”<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So instead of silly arguments about<\/p>\n

whether She or He shelters us<\/p>\n

Let us worry about how<\/p>\n

to reach God and touch<\/p>\n

God with our spirits<\/p>\n

for that is the point of<\/p>\n

prayer.<\/p>\n
