Yocheved, Moses&#8217;s mother, named him and Pharaoh&#8217;s daughter approved.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Malbim says: &#8220;Mo =Egyptian \u00a0for water; she = for exit&#8221; so Moshe is the same in Hebrew or Egyptian<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The altnerative is that we really don&#8217;t know who Moses was! \u00a0But the message is that it doesn&#8217;t matter who you are.
