Tyranosaurus Rex

sat and silently licked

his claw

watching

sensing feeling

and knowing

knowing how he was

king how he was rex

how he was life and

death

tyranosaurus rex was

always

afraid of the

shadow

the shadow that brought

lion or bear

or death

a challenge

a sensless challenge

to t.r.

tyranosaurus rex

watched as

his life

slowly rotted

awat

and he fell into

hell
