Apple-picking Time

Its applepicking time in the good

(or at least old) US of A

and how

id like a delicious washington

or jonathan while i played

in the abstract blotches

of leaves

 

 

and drip hot apple cider on a cold nite

or cold apple cider

on the indian summer

 

they tell me my favorite tree is

really

fine and shredding

colors

to the ground

 

yes

its apple picking time and

i wish i was there
